What were the results from those who did the fellowship before?

Softleo has run this software engineering fellowship 7x in the past with 300+ past fellows. 50% got software engineering full-time or internship offers(s) 6 months after completion at companies like FAANG companies and top-tier startups. Since then Softleo has built a super network of 400 software engineers and 30 unicorn founders to build an all-in-one platform to crush coding interviews.

What makes Softleo different from other programs?

Each week’s project is a higher difficulty than before. Projects will have a 5-day deadline (due Friday) where you will have to submit a 2-min demo of your code and bugs you ran into.

How will real software engineers give feedback?

Expert human feedback:
1. Few projects will randomly be selected for feedback on a live call. Using that as an example, peers will be encouraged to give feedback to each other.
2. Top-20 teams every week will demo on a live call for 5 mins.
3. Final week everyone will have an option to get feedback from a software engineer for a certificate.

What happens if you miss a deadline?

If you do not submit by the deadline, you cannot enter the hackathon and will not move on to the next project. Each week there will also be requirements to upload a resume, personal brand links, blog posts or social media coding content and get 70% on 1 data structures and algorithm interview with our AI instructor trained on 400 software engineers.
